Email buyers agent completed HOA re-sale package + CIC receipt to sign
Email all disclosures to buyers agent
Track contract expiration contingency dates

Prepare commission instructions for title
Coordinate home inspection & appraisals will all parties
Schedule walk-throughs
Schedule signing with title and coordinate with clients
Follow up email sent to client on agent behalf to leave a review.
Send client closing email & recorded deed
Send client settlement statement in January the following year on behalf of agent (used for tax purposes)

Send introductory email to client with a copy of a fully executed agreement
